Our training is structured into 4 categories:-
1) BASICS – This is a 3-week program where a member is supervised on strength, endurance, stamina and mobility. This is then followed by a counselling to understand member’s goals.
2) BEGINNERS – Once trainers understand the goals, members are then put to a beginners training program which primarily focuses on postures and different types/kinds of workout.
3) INTERMEDIATE – Once members are versed with the plan above, trainers then level up the training. This is where members start noticing changes in their physique and overall body conditioning.
4) ADVANCED – Once members are intermediate-ready, a customized workout plan will be prepared as per the goals set. These sessions will be intense but then like they say “Nothing comes easy”.
